PACKROO is a children's accessories brand based in the United States. We design and sell kids' lunch bags and related products. Our flagship product is the PACKROO Kids Lunch Bag with Name Tag — Alebrijes Edition.

We ship to addresses within the United States. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. PACKROO is not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.
Our Returns Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We offer a 30-day return window with free return shipping and full refunds.
